OUR representation as "Mandate" - fully authorized from banks in Italy that will issue the Credit Line on behalf of our partners in the crude oil business. as Channel Partners of the MCC SPA Group, we are able to issue loans to the Borrower, not inclusive of lawyers, notary, consultants other cost which is calculated from 2 to maximum 8% of the Loan face value. The size of the loan is supported 100% by us.

For a quick example: Lets say you needed to borrow 100 million USD, you must be RWA - (Ready, Willing and Able) to have "some skin in the transaction to be a winner. Its that simple. Today and for the next few more days we will be processing loans at 4%, meaning you will need - $400K - deposited in an Escrow Account in the Bank of New York, Mellon. These are the procedures valid to date. The issuing bank from a group of 250 AA & AAA banks will agree to provide you with the funds requested in the LOI (Letter or Interest) that you would have populated and submitted to us with a copy of your passport pages 1& 2. With being in place and consciously known to the principle(s) and borrower(s) of funds - A contract will be issued from us on behalf of MCC SPA Group. MCC SPA group will agree with the issuing bank and on the bank behalf, the guarantor of that loan, MCC SPA group, will be fully authorized to disburse the funds to you the borrower, how simple. The interest in which we will lend you in this example will be 3.9% Interest Only for 5 years, extended to 15yrs. That's it.

THE RISK:
Internationally, there are organizations that are govern by International rules and regulations. The borrower due diligence will certainly provide a level of comfort as the borrower earnest deposit - as per example $400K - is secured in a global known and reputable bank - BNY. The borrower if it becomes necessary, will have a direct link to the assigned bank office over your account, where you will be assured of the safety of your initial investment. This makes us continually develop strong relationship for over 30 years with office through the world. Most risk questions would be - Will I get my money back, if I did not receive the loan? The answer - should you not receive the funds, based on our signed contract with you and we were not able to perform as per contract - not only would be disappointed in our services but to the borrower, we will revert the escrow directed to the BNY with 100% in full return. NOTE: This has never been done in the history of MCC SPA providing as contracted the requested funds that is required by the signature principle.

DISBURSEMENT:
Funds are disburse to the principle's bank account as instructed on the CIS (Customer Information Sheet). Payment are due yearly, permitting you to use funds care fully as dictated in your business plan that you submit you us. Should you wish to service the debt on a monthly basis, this process can be arranged.

PRIVATE BANK LOAN
Just to avoid any misunderstanding, and wasting time each other, we want to let explain in brief what we can do and what we cannot. The Private Bank Loan, that is different form Bank Loans normally issued by BI-Banking Institutions. As an entity you go directy to a BI for a Loan, the BI will engage and lock the assets of you, the borrower to guarantee the requested Loan, and more than likely will give to him a debit percentage that can be from 4% to maximum 12% annual! In our case, We are issuing a Private Bank Loan, as a private company ( in this case MCC
Holding Group - A Petroleum Company on the stock market named as Mediterranean Oil), where we at BIG Holdings International are Authorized mandate that will facilitate any of MCC group companies to rent or invest our money to a private vetted principle borrower using the
Banks for guarantee, as we are owners of the funds and not the banks. In other word we become a guarantor to the IB- Issuing Bank who send you the borrower a BCL - Bank Confirming letter of the funds to be distributed to your account.

STABILITY
These funds are inside our Crude Oil Bank Accounts, as any Big Crude Oil company, we have collected all cash coming from our shareholders and investors, inside several Top Primier Banks, in a legal Crude Oil type Bank Account, where, as per Law, we are not allowed to move any cent if we don't have a Crude Oil Contract to perform! - You need to know that MCC Group have cash funds of more than 114 Billions USD$ to work with for this year 2010 sitting inside our banks! We have introduce the sales of Private Loan in this manner without moving the cash physically inside the banks and the crude oil accounts. We can Block a quota of these funds on behalf from another Bank within our holding companies, in Italy which you can see in Euroclear
that we have Bond and MTN on the stock market, and able to permit the Central Bank in Italy to issue a Debit Line adhoc, to be swifted in one Bank Wire Transfer to the Principle Borrower's Bank as a debit loan with an annual percentage of 2.75% to 3.9. Much lower than any conventional banks or other lending institutions.
